1 whole bulb of garlic crushed
Juice of 2 whole lemons
1 tablespoon (or to taste) of honey
1 tablespoon of crushed ginger
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon of fresh crushed turmeric
Crush and mix all ingredients together and store in a small jar in the fridge for 48 hours.
Take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon every 2- 4 hours.
