This wasn’t a typical retreat, it was a full, immersive experience from the moment the day began to when you returned to your cosy bedroom to rest. Each morning started gently, with fresh lemon water, followed by stepping outside into nature for a stretch with the other guests. That early morning breeze… there’s something so special about it.

Throughout the day, everything felt nourishing, from the variety of plant-based breakfasts and lunches, to the fresh juices, countryside walks, and the simple joy of seeing lambs and horses along the way.

The educational talks were fascinating, but what truly stood out were the connections. The friendships formed so naturally, everyone was kind, open, and caring. Evenings were just as special… sitting together in the homely lounge, sharing broth, talking, laughing, even the therapists felt like part of the family.  And of course, the therapies, each one adding something unique. I especially loved the jacuzzi, steam sauna, and colonic treatments.

The health retreat has given me an abundance of insight and a wealth of life-changing knowledge. This feels like the beginning of a whole new health journey  based on knowledge, awareness, and intention. And more than anything, I know this is something I can carry forward… not just for myself, but for my family too; helping us all live healthier lives, for generations to come. So no… I can’t choose just one favourite.  Because it wasn’t just one thing;  it was how everything came together to make you feel truly cared for, inside and out.
