Feverfew: The Pungent Powerhouse You’ll Want in Your Garden
I first met feverfew while weeding—its strong smell caught my attention, but a neighbour told me it was a powerful herb for migraines. Since then, I’ve kept it close, even bringing a pot with me to Leeming Garth Manor. Though it grows like a weed, its daisy-like flowers brighten the garden and its benefits are impressive: from easing headaches to supporting immunity and even helping in cancer research, feverfew is small but mighty.
