At Manna House Health Education & Wellness, we believe in continually improving the quality of service we offer, while staying true to our mission of practical, accessible health education.
We are delighted to share that we have replaced our portable steam saunas with three state-of-the-art steam sauna capsules. This upgrade allows us to deliver steam sauna therapy with greater precision, comfort, safety, and therapeutic effectiveness.

Why Steam Sauna Therapy?
Steam sauna therapy, sometimes referred to as the Russian steam bath, has been used for generations as a powerful natural therapy. When applied correctly and under supervision, it supports the body’s own healing mechanisms and can be beneficial in a wide range of conditions.
Key Indications Include:
Insomnia
Obesity
Hypertension
Viral infections (including influenza)
Chronic and recurrent infections
Arthritis
Cancer (as supportive, adjunctive care)
Autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis and lupus erythematosus

Steam Sauna & Immune Support
One of the most remarkable aspects of steam sauna therapy is its role in controlled hyperthermia. Many viruses do not tolerate sustained increases in body temperature.
39°C
Under careful supervision, steam sauna therapy gently supports the body’s natural fever response, helping the immune system do what it was designed to do.
Physiological Benefits of Steam Sauna Therapy
When used appropriately, steam sauna therapy can lead to:
Increased metabolic rate
Increased number of circulating white blood cells
Enhanced activity and productivity of white blood cells
Improved elimination of metabolic waste products
Support of detoxification pathways
General immune stimulation
These responses help explain why many people feel lighter, clearer, and more resilient after treatment.
